In order to become a user, you must agree and comply with all of the following regulations.

This agreement is effective immediately upon registration.

Membership
All users must be 18 years old or older.
All the information used during registration must be completely accurate and up-to-date.
Any change in contact information must be updated as they occur.
All users must have a unique federal tax identification number, which cannot be altered once membership is confirmed and activated.

Fees
Registering, posting, and bidding are completely free.
We will collect a fee of 15% of the final winning bid.

Limitations
LA Fresh Express is unable to ensure the completion of a transaction.
We are also not liable for the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of the merchandise and services involved.
Transactions occur between the customer and the shipper, and are out of our control.

Obligations
By confirming the listing of a transaction, customers agree that the nature and merchandise involved in the transaction are safe, lawful and comply with federal standards.
Any violation of federal and state regulations may result in the reporting of your unlawful actions to a government entity.
As the winning bidder, you are contractually obligated to complete the transaction.
By bidding on a transaction, you agree to be bound by the conditions of the item’s description, unless they are unlawful in nature.
